Glen er Vice President of Global Human Resources. Inden han kom til CooperVision i februar 2016 arbejdede Glen som Vice President of Human Resources & Information Technology hos Thoratec Corporation. Inden han skiftede til Thoratec, var Glen Senior Vice President of Human Resources hos Ask Jeeves Incorporated. Tidligere i sin karriere havde han en række ledende HR-stillinger hos Clorox Company, Borland Software Corporation og Varian Medical Systems. Glen har mere end 25 års erfaring med HR i en række forskellige brancher.
