PLEASANTON, Calif. – CooperVision, Inc. (NYSE: COO) today announced its support for the International Association of Contact Lens Educators (IACLE) as the lead sponsor of the first IACLE Contact Lens Educator of the Year Awards.
The awards program recognizes and rewards achievements in contact lens education worldwide. The IACLE Contact Lens Educator of the Year will be awarded to three individuals; one from each of IACLE’s three region –Asia Pacific; Europe, Middle East and Asia; and Americas. The awards will be presented at the 2014 British Contact Lens Association Clinical Conference & Exhibition in Birmingham, United Kingdom, taking place from June 6-9, 2014. The deadline for entries for the 2014 awards is Friday, February 28, 2014.
